Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping to an address in the USA (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) is free for all physical products.  *However, please be advised there will be a flat 15% restocking fee charged / subtracted from the refund amount.*

  • For returns shipped from Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, a shipping label will be provided and the cost of shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount. 
  • For returns shipped from international locations, a shipping label will be provided and the cost of shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount. 
  • We will provide a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.

Restocking Fee

  • Physical products - All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. 

  • Digital products - There is no restocking fee for digital products.  

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once the return has been received and inspected.

  • Please allow up to 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or final-sale status. Any such items will be clearly marked on the product page.
