We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Return Shipping

Return shipping to an address in the USA (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) is free for all physical products. *However, please be advised there will be a flat 15% restocking fee charged / subtracted from the refund amount.*
- For returns shipped from Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, a shipping label will be provided and the cost of shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount.
- For returns shipped from international locations, a shipping label will be provided and the cost of shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount.

We will provide a prepaid return label once your return request is approved.
Restocking Fee

Physical products - All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Digital products - There is no restocking fee for digital products.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment once the return has been received and inspected.

Please allow up to 5–7 business days after we receive your return for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or final-sale status. Any such items will be clearly marked on the product page.
